F. Duffy Hanna

F. Duffy Hanna is the President of Barristers Land Abstract Company, which is Howard Hanna Real Estate Services’ wholly owned the title and escrow company.  Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is the 4th largest real estate brokerage firm in the United States and the largest privately held, full-service real estate company in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and New York.  Specializing in residential, commercial, mortgage, title and insurance brokerage services, Howard Hanna delivers services through its 119 offices in 55 counties in 4 states and employs more than 4,000 sales associates and staff.


Duffy received his undergraduate degree from The Catholic University of America and received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.   He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.


After graduating from law school, Duffy spent 4 years at the law firm of Doepken, Keevican & Weiss as a member of their Corporate and Real Estate Group., handling and structuring complex mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and large commercial real estate transactions.  Duffy then joined his family business becoming Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Barristers Land Abstract and Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.  


Duffy also serves the community through his many civic involvements.   He serves as Chairman, St. Anthony Programs; sits on the board of Girls Hope, Pittsburgh and served as Chairman of the 2009 Central Catholic Viking Victory Auction.  


Duffy, his wife Dana and their two sons, reside in Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania.

Lynette Hale-Lee

With over 20 years industry experience as a Senior Executive, Lynette currently oversees the Western U.S. for Wintrust Mortgage. 


Prior to joining Wintrust, Lynette was President of Capstone Direct and has held senior level positions with various national entities including Tenura Real Estate Holdings, PNC Bank, Prospect Mortgage (formerly Metrocities Mortgage).  She holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License, a National Mortgage Originator’s License and serves on the Executive Committee and the Board for the Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO), as well as Chairman of the Programs and Education Committee.  Lynette has been actively involved with RESPRO since 1999, at which time, upon joining Lynette ran National Production and Sales Support for over 200 Joint Ventures across the country.  She is a published author and has done public speaking, consulting, and served on panels to serve the industry being particularly passionate about serving and educating consumers and industry professionals. 


Lynette graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Management, Marketing & Sociology from University of Northern Colorado.  Outside of work she stays busy being involved in year-round youth sports with her two boys.

Nancy Warner is currently the Vice President and Sales Manager at Fidelity National Title. She joined Fidelity National Title in 2016 after 25 plus years working in the Title Industry as a Managing Partner, Compliance Officer, Operations Officer, Corporate Secretary, Sales Manager and a Board member.    As a previous owner, Nancy knows firsthand the requirements and challenges of the industry and strives to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.  


As Sales Manager for Pennsylvania and Delaware Nancy primarily works out of the Blue Bell, Pa. state office where she develops sales relationships and provides compliance expertise to many agencies and 9 direct employees. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and specializes in analytical and practical solutions to sales, processes and compliance.


Nancy has been a member of the Board of the Real Estate Service Providers Counsel (RESPRO) for 20 years.  She currently serves on the Executive Committee as the 2nd Vice President, State Issues Task Force and Policy Committee.  RESPRO is located in Washington D.C.


In addition to RESPRO, Nancy is also a member of American Land Title Association (ALTA) Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PLTA), New Jersey Land Title Association (NJLTA) and Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).  She is on the Home Owners Outreach Program (HOP) committee and the Best Practices committee for ALTA.    She is also a Board Member for Weichert Realty NJ.


Nancy attended Memphis State University, Memphis, Tennessee and Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania for certification in Six Sigma. She is a licensed title producer in 14 states.

She and her husband reside in Horsham, Pennsylvania. They have three grown children and are blessed with three grandchildren ages 6, 4 and 2. 



Mike Browne, Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of HomeServices of America, Inc., is actively involved in executive management and directs all legal matters affecting the company and its subsidiaries in 30 states. Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, HomeServices is the nation’s largest real estate company, based on transaction sides, and through its operating companies, is the country’s premier provider of homeownership services, including brokerage, mortgage, title, escrow and insurance services.


Prior to joining HomeServices in August 2004, Browne was an associate in the commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and IP practice groups at Meagher & Geer, P.L.L.P. in Minneapolis.

Browne graduated from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He lives with his wife, Shannon, in St. Paul, Minnesota and has three daughters.

Scott McCall joined TRG in 2009 and is the Chief Executive Officer of Title Resource Guaranty Company (TRGC). In this capacity, he is responsible for identifying and prioritizing expansion opportunities for TRGC across the United States. In addition to this role Scott works with our Senior Leadership Team across business channels to bring lender, builder and other third party business to TRG and its affiliates.


Prior to his tenure at TRG, Scott worked as Senior Vice President of National Agency Operations for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation and LandAmerica Financial Group in Richmond, VA. During his 22 year tenure, he held a number of executive positions of increasing responsibility, including SVP of National Lender Operations, SVP of the Midwest Region, VP and Florida State Manager as well as led their Commercial Operations out of Boston, MA.


Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor Degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is a member of the Florida and Virginia Bar and a current member of Leadership Metro Richmond, a community service program that seeks to advance the Richmond, VA region by educating, energizing and connecting a diverse group of local leaders to serve the community.


Scott resides in Richmond, VA, with his wife and two children.



Stuart Elsea has served as President – Financial Services for the Real Estate One Family of Companies since 1998. He and his brother, Dan, share leadership of the company. This is the third generation of Elseas to manage the company started by Staunton Elsea in 1929 as Elsea Realty. It is family owned and Michigan based.


Stuart received his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State and his MBA in Finance at Miami University. He has held many positions, including Sales Associate, Branch Manager, Vice President, and now President.


Stuart and his wife Judy reside in Clarkston, Michigan.  They have two adult sons.  He enjoys boating, exercising, reading, and golf.


Stuart has a special passion for the Real Estate One Charitable Foundation which supports Special Olympics of Michigan, Multiple Sclerosis, Leukemia Lymphoma, Alzheimer’s, Forgotten Harvest and Third Level Crisis Center. Encouraging involvement both financially and by volunteering, Stuart leads by example, giving many hours of his time to these charities. Employees of the Real Estate One Family of Companies are encouraged to take one day with pay each year to volunteer as well as to contribute with fund raisers and payroll deductions which support these organizations.


Stuart serves on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a strong supporter of RPAC and a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame.  Stuart is a member of The Realty Alliance and a Board Member of RESPRO.



President of Long & Foster® Companies, Affiliated Businesses. Wilson has more than 25 years of management experience and expertise in the mortgage industry.


Most recently, Wilson served as Executive Vice President and Director of Retail and Wholesale Lending for Wachovia, where he was responsible for managing field origination of 2,500 field loan officers nationwide. Wilson served on the Board of Directors of Wachovia Mortgage and was a member of Wachovia Mortgage Diversity Council.


Prior to Wachovia, Wilson was Group Senior Vice President for Golden West Financial. In that capacity, he managed the national loan organization which included over 1,500 loan representatives, as well as the national appraisal and underwriting organization. Other previous positions include Internal Auditing for United Missouri Bank, as well as various loan original positions.

Wilson is a graduate of Washburn University, Topeka, KS 



Ken Trepeta became President and Executive Director of RESPRO® in July of 2015.  Prior to joining RESPRO®, Ken served as Director of Real Estate Services for the National Association of Realtors® and in other roles at NAR for nearly a decade.  He covered the broader real estate industry acting as liaison to senior executives at large real estate firms and their affiliated businesses.  He was also NAR’s in house RESPA expert. 


Ken worked in government affairs for five years prior to joining NAR as a vice president at both JP Morgan Chase and representing the CEOs of the largest financial services firms in the world at the Financial Services Forum where he worked on tax, banking, housing, legal reform, and retirement security issues.   


In 2001 and 2002 Ken was the Deputy Executive Director of the Commission on Affordable Housing and Health Facility Needs for Seniors in the 21st Century. Ken spent more than five years as counsel to Representative Rick Lazio (R-NY), joining the Congressman’s staff in 1995. He handled special projects, the full span of public policy issues and teamed with the Congressman's legislative staff to develop and secure appropriations projects.

Ken has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Political Science, and Law and Society from Binghamton University (SUNY Binghamton, 1992). He has a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law (1995) and is a member of the bar in New York and the District of Columbia



Barbara Griest

Barbara Griest is the Chief Operating Officer for Fox & Roach Realtors, a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices company and The Trident Group.


Barbara was, previously, President of The Trident Group, which is comprised of Trident Mortgage Company, Trident Land Transfer Company and Trident Insurance Agency, the financial services companies for Fox & Roach Realtors, a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Company located in Devon, Pennsylvania. Prior to that she was President of Trident Land Transfer Company for 18 years. Barbara has been with Fox & Roach Realtors and The Trident Group for 32 years.


Fox & Roach Realtors/ Trident is located in the greater Philadelphia area with offices in Southeastern Pa., New Jersey and Delaware and the Lehigh Valley.  In 2017, Fox & Roach closed over 30,000 real estate sales transactions.


Prior to joining Trident she started and ran a mortgage operation for Hoopes, Inc, Better Homes and Gardens located outside of Philadelphia.


Barbara served as the 2014 Chair of the Real Estate Service Providers Counsel (RESPRO) located in Washington D.C. and, currently, is the Secretary of the Board and a member of the Executive Committee. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Home Builders Association, the Realty Alliance, and the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Land Title Associations and serves on the Finance Committee for the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, the Government Affairs Committee and the NAIC Committee for the American Land Title Association.  She has organized and run the national annual title meetings for The Realty Alliance Title Affiliates from 2010 to 2017 and is often a presenter at the RESPRO conferences.


Barbara oversees Fox & Roach/Trident Charities and serves on their Board. She is on the committee for the annual Breast Cancer Pink Party, an American Cancer Society event, and has participated in the Susan G. Komen 3 day Breast Cancer Walk in Philadelphia and the 2 day Avon Breast Cancer Walk in Washington, DC.


Barbara attended Widener University and West Chester University in Business Administration.


Barbara has 2 daughter and a son and four grandchildren.  She lives in Malvern, Pa.

Tracy Berger has been part of the real estate industry for over 30 years. She currently oversees the national sales team for First American Home Warranty, as the Senior Vice President of Sales.


She started her early career as a Property Manager for Heitman Financial in Chicago, Illinois. After learning the ropes in commercial operations, she ventured into residential real estate as a top producer for Koenig and Strey in downtown Chicago. She spent 10 years as an agent before she joined Leading RE to define and leverage business resources for member benefits. 


She left the organization in 2004 to obtain a Master’s Degree from Northwestern University when she was recruited to work for American Home Shield. As the Vice President of Business Development, she built a major account division and negotiated national MSA’s for entities such as Realogy, NAR and RE/MAX.


In 2011, she was selected by Long and Foster Settlement Services to manage the growth of multiple title brands in the Mid Atlantic. She continued her interest in leadership roles and streamlined management policies and sales practices to positively impact the growth of their title operations.


In addition to her professional career, Tracy has served on several nonprofit boards, including the National Prevention of Child Abuse and as Chairman for the Better Boys Foundation in Chicago. Today she commits 4-6 hours a week as a Certified Crisis Counselor for the Crisis Text Line. 


She and her husband reside in Sonoma, California on a small working vineyard. They have two sons, and are blessed with two grandchildren ages 5 and 7. 



Bud Moscony is a 30-year veteran of the real estate and financial services industries, including 14 years of Fortune 500 managerial/legal experience and 12+ years in creating and managing vertically integrated financial services subsidiaries for a large public homebuilder, a national bank, and a $2 billion dollar mortgage company.


Currently, he is the Senior Vice President for Inspired Title Services, Taylor Morrison Home Corporation’s affiliated title insurance operation.


Bud has held virtually every job in the title insurance industry from title searcher, examiner, closer, commercial closer, senior commercial underwriter, assistant regional claims counsel, agency counsel, branch manager, senior vice president, president and owner.


Bud received his BS in Mathematics from Saint Joseph’s University, and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School. He maintains a real estate law practice and is an active member of the Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas Bars.
