Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh would replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, a moderate justice who recently announced his retirement. Kavanaugh’s nomination would swing the court significantly to the right.

In addition to some of his views such as overturning Roe v. Wade and other socially conservative ideals, Kavanaugh also has a record of leaning right when it comes to business regulation. This includes his view that the CFPB, in its current form, is unconstitutional. [more]
