RESPA and Consumer Incentives

The Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) RESPA regulations allow providers to offer their customers incentives for using their affiliated settlement services as long as the incentive is genuine.  The following links provide further information about the regulatory rules governing consumer incentives for the purchase of affiliated services.
