Join a RESPRO^® Committee or Task Force!

Did you realize that one of the most effective ways to take advantage of your RESPRO^® membership is by volunteering to serve on a Committee or Task Force?  Participating on a Committee or Task Force helps connect you with the your fellow RESPRO^®  members, gives you a stronger voice in the decision making process, and enables you to contribute your expertise and talents in shaping policies that will affect the association.

Finance Committee:   Provides direction and oversight of the development of RESPRO^® ’s budget, financial statements, and all financial activities.  Open to Board members only.  Chair:  George Eastment III, Vice Chairman, Long & Foster Real Estate Companies.

Membership Committee:  Provides direction and oversight for the development and implementation of membership recruitment and retention programs, and the development of products and services for our members.  Open to Board members only.

Policy Committee:  Shapes RESPRO^® policy, position, and priorities for federal legislative and regulatory issues affecting our members’ ability to develop and manage their strategic alliances.  Open to Board members only. 

Program & Education Task Force:  A forum for RESPRO® members who are interested in helping RESPRO® develop its Annual Conference program, Fall Seminar program, audio seminars, webinars, educational publications, and other member services designed to educate RESPRO® members and affiliated businesses on (1) regulatory compliance issues; (2) the latest legislative and regulatory developments; and (3) the newest marketplace trends and cross-marketing strategies.  Open to all members. 

State Issues Task Force:  Shapes RESPRO^® policy, position, and priorities for state legislative and regulatory issues affecting our members’ ability to develop and manage their strategic alliances.  Open to all members. 

Homebuilders Task Force: Serves as a forum for RESPRO^® homebuiler members and for companies that have home building affiliates to proactively formulate policy that protects and promotes their businesses.
