Volunteering to serve on a RESPRO® Committee or Task Force
helps you get the
most from your membership!

Participating on a Committee or Task Force helps you connect with fellow RESPRO® members, gives you a stronger voice in the decision making process, and enables you to contribute your expertise and talents in shaping policies that will affect the association.

The following committee are open to Board members only:

Finance Committee:   Provides direction and oversight of the development of RESPRO®’s budget, financial statements, and all financial activities. 

Policy Committee:  Shapes RESPRO® policy, position, and priorities for federal legislative and regulatory issues affecting our members’ ability to develop and manage their strategic alliances. 

The following committees are open to ALL members:

Membership Committee: Provides direction and oversight for the development and implementation of membership recruitment and retention programs, and the development of products and services for our members. 

Program & Education Task Force:  Provides direction and oversight for (1) the development of the program and speakers and (2) the location of RESPRO's Annual Conference and Fall Seminar

State Issues Task Force:  Shapes RESPRO® policy, position, and priorities for state legislative and regulatory issues affecting our members’ ability to develop and manage their strategic alliances.  .

Homebuilders Task Force: Serves as a forum for RESPRO® homebuilder members and for companies that have home building affiliates to proactively formulate policy that protects and promotes their businesses.

Real Estate Brokerage Task Force:  Meets on an as-needed basis to explore how specific regulatory proposals particularly impact real estate broker-owners

Mortgage Task Force: Meets on an as-needed basis to explore how specific regulatory proposals particularly impact affiliated mortgage lenders.

Title Task Force:  Meets on an as needed basis to explore how specific regulatory proposals particularly impact title underwriters and agents.
