Orange Coast Title

Rich has been with Orange Coast Title Company and our “Family of Companies” for 31 years. He has played an important role in the success of OCT and the creation of our Subsidiaries. His present positions include President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Orange Coast Title Company and and  Immediate Past President of CLTA (California Land Title Association).
 
Rich was directly responsible for the formation of Orange Coast Title’s Builder Services/Commercial Division and much of our “out of state” growth. He was also instrumental in developing our Worldwide Web Site and keeping OCT and the family of companies on the cutting edge of technology.
 
Mr. Macaluso received his Bachelors degree in economics with an emphasis on accounting from Claremont Men’s College. He is also an active member of the Building Industry Association, Home Builders Council, California Land Title Association, American Land Title Association and RESPRO.
 
Rich is married and lives in Yorba Linda with his wife Genine.  They are the proud parents of 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

President
Residential Mortgage, LLC




Kevin Breeland joined Pacific Alaska Mortgage as company President and Loan Officer in April of 1996.  He has been in Mortgage Banking for 30 years, with 22 of those years in Anchorage, Ak and the last two in Charleston, SC.  He came to Anchorage in 1985 for a visit and never left, moved to the Mat-Su Valley in February 2005, then moved to Mount Pleasant, SC in July, 2007 when Residential Mortgage, LLC and AgentOwned Realty opened an Affiliated Business in Mount Pleasant, SC named Residential Mortgage of South Carolina, LLC.  In 2005 Pacific Alaska Mortgage merged with Residential Mortgage and currently Kevin is General Manager of Residential Mortgage of South Carolina, LLC.

He is active in the community supporting youth sports and Habitat for Humanity.  He is a past board member and Vice President for the Food Bank of Alaska and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for RESPRO. He is serving on the Policy Committee, State Issues Task Force, Mortgage Task Force, Membership Task Force, and Meeting committee.  He is also previously served as President of the Alaska Mortgage Bankers Association, Charleston Trident Association of Realtors Housing Opportunities Committee (RHOF), and CTAR Legislative Committee,.

Kevin is married with two grown children.  His daughter is 30 years old, his oldest son is 24 years old, and his 11 year old son is attending middle school in Mount Pleasant, SC. Kevin also has a one granddaughter, 2 yrs old born during the RESPRO conference in 2007, the same time Residential Mortgage, LLC and AgentOwned agreed on their joint venture.

Ron Peltier

With Edina Realty since 1977, Peltier began his career as sales associate and within two years, opened a new sales office for the company. After managing at the branch level for one year, he was appointed to Regional Manager, responsible for the eastern half of the Twin Cities market. In 1983, he became General Sales Manager, and in December 1992 was named Edina Realty President and CEO.

 In addition to his responsibilities at Edina Realty, Peltier was named President and CEO of the holding company, HomeServices of America, Inc., in early 1999.

A native of St. Paul, Peltier graduated second in his high school class of 700 students. As captain of the hockey team, he was awarded Minnesota’s Athlete of the Year in 1967. After choosing from among 28 scholarship offers, he attended the University of Minnesota on an NCAA scholarship. While at the University of Minnesota, Peltier was a four-year Williams Scholar and led the Minnesota Golden Gophers to the NCAA finals as captain of the hockey team.

Peltier graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota and received an MBA from the College of St. Thomas (now University), where he also graduated with honors. Prior to joining Edina Realty, he taught in the Twin Cities at Blaine High School, was a head hockey coach and operated a successful hockey school. 

Peltier is actively involved in the Rotary Club, is a member of Sales and Marketing Executives, is on the Board of Directors for HomeServices, the University of Minnesota’s “M” Club and Forsythe Appraisals.  In addition, he is active in a number of church and community affairs.

Susan  E. Johnson
Executive Director,
Real Estate Services Providers Council, Inc. (RESPRO®) 

Sue Johnson has served as President and Executive Director of the Real Estate Services Providers Council, Inc. (RESPRO®), a national non-profit trade association devoted to promoting a federal and state regulatory environment that enables providers offer diversified services for home buyers through business alliances, since she founded the organization in 1993.

Prior to founding RESPRO®, Ms. Johnson served as Director of Government Relations for the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group.  In this position, she was liaison to Congress, state legislatures and the Federal and state regulatory agencies on behalf of the Coldwell Banker Residential Group, Sears Mortgage Corporation, Sears Savings Bank of Homart Development Corporation.

From 1987 to 1989, Ms. Johnson was Legislative Counsel for Sears, Roebuck and Co., where she represented the Sears Financial Network’s ability to offer and cross-market diversified financial services before Congress and the Federal regulatory agencies.

From 1982 to 1987, Ms. Johnson represented the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) before Congress as Senior Legislative Assistant.  She served as Legislative Director for Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA) in 1981, and as Attorney-Advisor for the U.S. Office of Consumer Affairs from 1977-1980.

Ms. Johnson received her J.D. and B.S. with honors from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska.  She is a member of the District of Columbia, Nebraska, and American Bar Associations.

Brian S. Levy is Senior Vice-President, Secretary and General Counsel to Guaranty Bank and its subsidiaries, including Shelter Mortgage Company.  Guaranty Bank is a federally chartered savings bank, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, having roughly $1.5 billion in assets and 175 retail bank branches.  Mr. Levy also manages the Bank's industry and government relations area.  Mr. Levy’s guidance is essential to the Bank’s compliance and risk management functions.

Mr. Levy graduated from Harvard University Law School in 1989, after which he became associated with the law firm of Rudnick & Wolfe (now known as DLA Piper etc.) in Chicago, Illinois, concentrating his practice in the area of commercial real estate.  Mr. Levy became  Guaranty Bank’s General Counsel in May of 1994.  Mr. Levy’s undergraduate degree is from  the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Levy is a frequent speaker on various legal, banking, home mortgage lending and real property issues such as affiliated business arrangements, consumer class action litigation, RESPA, title insurance, construction lending and mortgage loan documentation.  Mr. Levy was the 2006 Chairman of RESPRO (The Real Estate Services Providers Council) and remains on its Executive Committee.  Mr. Levy also is a member of the American Banker’s Association Government Relations Administrative Committee and is the Vice-Chairman of ABA’s Mortgage Markets Committee.  Mr. Levy also serves as Chairman of the Milwaukee Children’s Village, an alternative to the foster care system for large sibling groups.  He is also a member of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
